By accessing or using Aida (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.
2. Description of Service
Aida is a WhatsApp-based complaint management platform designed for residential condominiums. The Service enables residents to submit complaints via WhatsApp and allows property managers to track, route, and resolve those complaints through a web dashboard.
3. Permitted Use
You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You must not:
- Submit false, misleading, or malicious complaints or content
- Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Service
- Use the Service to harass, abuse, or harm any individual
- Reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise attempt to extract the source code
- Use automated scripts or bots to interact with the Service
4. Accounts and Access
Property managers and staff are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their login credentials. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorised access.
5. Resident Passcodes
Residents access the Service using a property passcode provided by their property manager. Property managers are responsible for keeping passcodes confidential and updating them if compromised.
6. Intellectual Property
All content, design, and code comprising the Aida platform are the property of Aida and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any part of the Service without express written permission.
7. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Aida shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Service.
9. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
10. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia, without regard to conflict of law provisions.
