- Property passcodes used to verify condo membership

- Admin and staff login credentials (email and hashed passwords)
2. How We Use Your Information
We use the information we collect solely to:
- Route complaint tickets to the appropriate property management team
- Notify relevant persons in charge via WhatsApp
- Provide real-time status updates to residents
- Generate anonymised insights for property managers
- Comply with applicable laws and regulations
3. Data Storage
All data is stored on secure cloud infrastructure. Ticket data, including message content and media, is retained for as long as the associated property account remains active. Residents may request deletion of their data by contacting their property manager.
4. Third-Party Services
Aida uses the following third-party services to operate:
- Twilio — WhatsApp messaging delivery
- OpenAI — AI classification and reply generation
- Railway — Cloud hosting and database infrastructure
Each third party operates under their own privacy policy and data handling terms.
5. Data Sharing
We do not sell, trade, or rent personal information to any third party. Data is shared only with the property management team of the condo the resident belongs to, and with the third-party services listed above as required for operation.
6. Security
We implement industry-standard security measures including encrypted connections (HTTPS), hashed passwords, and access controls. No method of electronic storage or transmission is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
